Smart Alarm is currently running an automated Alarm Monitoring Service which responds whenever an alert is received from any of our installations. An alert can be any type of occurrence such as intruder detection, fire detection, voltage problems, etc.

Customer information is collected and logged for each alert received from properties or from cars, via the internet or GPRS, and an automated SMS service uses this information to send messages to 1 - 4 mobile phones to alert the owner.

In the near future this service will be expanded by manning the system 24/7 and will extend the service by offering remote guard supervision, service and repair within 24 hours after any incidents, and immediate reporting to police, fire and ambulance departments where appropriate.
