TIME & ATTENDANCE

Our Time and Attendance system is designed to record the comings and goings of employees and is based on the proximity card-reader system, with modifications to the software. When each employee arrives at the premises they use an RFID proximity card or key to gain access and to record their unique ID and date and time of arrival. When they leave they use their card again, this time at the exit card-reader, to record their time of departure.

Proximity Card

Checks can be made on who is currently on the premises or who came and went previously, and who was absent on any particular day, depending on how long the log is kept.
